Some things about me and my path in search of personal improvement is that I remain neutral from pseudocultures that although they are like another form of expression and community for people is also wrapped in stereotypes and fads.
I feel familiar with the fitness community, I share the feelings that exist and I like them, with Stoicism, which I share with the sigma pseudoculture of social networks that has been for meritocracy and superficially adopted, Stoicism focuses me on my own values and not fall into the pressure of conforming to what society dictates or a pseudoculture.
His focus is on self-mastery, virtue, and inner tranquility.
Philosophy may be tainted when it strays from its genuine and thorough quest for truth and understanding in order to accommodate individual, political, or financial interests. It may also become compromised if it transforms into hollow rhetoric lacking a robust basis in rational thought and argumentation.
